NEW GRANT PROGRAM FROM CAVFUTURES FOUNDATION BRINGS TOGETHER AREA NON-PROFITS AND UVA STUDENT ATHLETES CavFutures Foundation (CFF), a leading force in UVA student athlete empowerment and development, is thrilled to unveil its innovative grant-giving initiative, "Champions of the Community” on March 5, 2024, in Downtown Charlottesville, VA. This unique effort, brought to you by The Weinberg Foundation, is set to catalyze positive change within Albemarle County and the City of Charlottesville, VA. Led by the team at CavFutures Foundation, “Champions of the Community” is a grant program that aims to connect UVA Athletes with area non-profit organizations to support and nurture community development projects that will enrich the lives of residents and enhance the overall well-being of the region.
